Retail / Branding / Social Media Duties as of 1/18/16

Small, fast-paced clothing company near downtown seeking a creative, reliable, self-motivated and organized individual who has a strong attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
Duties would include, but not be limited to:
1. Social Media Optimization/ Branding
� Plan and maintain social media calendar and analytics
� Post daily across all platforms � international and domestic
� Engage with customers, retailers, media, bloggers
2. Graphic design
� Photograph collection on mannequin and edit in Photoshop
� Create social media content, email marketing campaigns, website content, promotional, trunk show materials, etc.
� Create line sheets and look books for customers
� Create immediate line sheets accessible to reps and retail stores
3. Retail webstore sales
� Increase # of customers and gross profit by 25% -40% each year
� Improve site structure to enhance SEO
� Develop SEO budget (PPC marketing) and automatization
� Adjust site navigation and internal link flow
� Add tital tags and meta descriptions to all existing product
� Optimize load speed
� Add to site: blog? Philanthropy tab? Favorites and friends tab?
� Daily webstore maintenance on Amazon and FinleyShirts.com.
o updating inventory at end of day, adding new product, printing orders, adding tracking info, answering customer emails and phone calls, process returns and credits
4. Retail Customer support
� Create and manage store contests for retail sales persons
5. Markets
� Create order forms for market
� Assist with planning and execution
6. Photoshoots
� Assist in hiring talent, styling and managing photoshoots
� Edit chosen photos after shoot
7. Samples
� Oversee organization of sample lines
� Prepare sample tags
� Allocate and ship sample lines to reps
8. Retail Store - TBD
� Possible creation of small, retail storefront
